REVAMPING A LEGACY CRM & SALES SYSTEM TO MEET INDUSTRY NEEDS

The Endurance team realized their legacy CRM and sales system no longer met their staff’s needs. They set out to develop an in-house solution that integrated various tools, improving communication and visibility across all teams. The goal was to create a system that catered to their diverse user groups.

Creating an integrated sales and CSR solution was a compelling opportunity. We conducted a comprehensive analysis of users and team managers, identifying blocks and inefficiencies. By observing user videos and conducting interviews, we collaborated with their development team to map out the system architecture, user flows, and design system. This thorough approach ensured a solution that addressed core issues and improved efficiency.
